The Hall is available for hire for a wide range of events, with special rates for Harberton parish users. The main hall is light and airy, and efficient underfloor heating ensures comfort at colder times of year.

It has accommodated up to 150 guests at a wedding reception, can accommodate a bouncy castle for a children's party, and has a semi-sprung floor suitable for dance events and ideal for children's play. Or it can be hired by just 2 for a game of badminton. The small meeting room can be hired on its own for a small charge. We can provide cutlery and crockery (150 and 100 sets respectively), coloured lights, bunting, and carpeted stage blocks, all for use only in the Hall. Some children's play equipment is available by special arrangement.

The stage block system (extra charge applicable) offers flexible seating configurations: conventional end-on, side-on, or in the round, with a maximum overall seating capacity of 200 (180 + 20 on balcony) for all-seated events such as concerts. Otherwise, the number of persons in the Hall must not exceed 250 in total.

Ample power points are located all round the main hall. Acoustic soft wall blocks, curtains and an acoustic ceiling give a good sound quality.
