Harberton Parish Hall is available for hire at the following typical
rates (effective 1 April 2006, subject to review and at the discretion of the
Committee
depending on circumstances pertaining to individual events):

The rates are inclusive of normal electricity and heating requirements.
NB: Midnight end to all private bookings.
* Booking of the main hall usually implies and includes use of the kitchen. If main hall and committee room are the subject of separate bookings, the Bookings Secretary will indicate who may use the kitchen, if required. Shared usage is possible.
** If run on a non-commercial basis, e.g. as clubs or as part of a local authority further education programme, otherwise commercial rate applies.
*** "Commercial" covers any other
type of booking which is run other than exclusively for charity fundraising
purposes,
and/or for which an entrance fee (including suggested
"donations") is charged,
and/or for which public advertising is used.
