The red arrow on the map (right) shows the general area of Totnes where Duncliffe and No. 1 Somerset Court are situated, in Bridgetown on the eastern side of the River Dart.

Duncliffe
Click here for a detailed online map (printable) showing the location of Duncliffe which lies at the lower corner of the unnamed road with the main A385 Totnes to Paignton road, about 50 metres below a traffic light controlled pedestrian crossing on the main road. Look for a double garage door at the corner - this is Duncliffe. Private off-road parking is available.

1 Somerset Court

Approaching either from the main A385 road or across the old bridge over the River Dart from the centre of Totnes, locate Bridgetown Stores on the corner of Seymour Place. Turn into Seymour Place then after a short distance take the first left into Somerset Place. At the top end of Somerset Place an entrance leads into a private forecourt where the parking for No. 1 Somerset Court is directly in front of you, the first on the left of four spaces.
